Chef Alain Roux will join forces with our executive Chef at Basilic, the signature restaurant of Sofitel Bogota Victoria Regia, to host an exclusive haute cuisine workshop from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Food enthusiasts will have the unique opportunity to discover recipes, techniques, tips, and secrets from this true master of French gastronomy.
