Basilic nominated for the World Luxury Restaurant Awards 2024
The Basilic restaurant at the Sofitel Bogotá Victoria Regia hotel has just been nominated for the renowned World Luxury hotels 2024 awards in the Authentic Cuisine and Luxury Hotel Restaurant categories.
According to Nicolas Heftre, General Manager of Sofitel Bogota “we are very happy to achieve two nominations in these important awards. “We have worked to enhance Colombian products and take them to a higher level through French techniques and create a unique experience for our guests.”
The organizers of the award highlight how Basilic has managed to create a proposal of Colombian cuisine of origin with a French accent with flavors from the Cundiboyacense, Pacific and Caribbean regions.
